1) Deadlifts: Build to a 5RM

20 Walking Lunges
10 DB Strict Press
20 Goblet Squats
10 DB Push Press
20 Plate Overhead Lunges

For Time:
50 DB Walking Lunges @ 50/35
30 Handstand Push-ups
40 Front Rack Walking Lunges
20 Deficit Handstand Push-ups @ 3.5/2”
30 Overhead Walking Lunges
10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy set of 5 on deadlifts, resting as needed

2) Try to get as far as you can before the 15 minute cap, reduce weights and difficulty of pressing movements to allow for large sets
