Wed Feb 7 "Blue Pants Wednesday"

Today we are honouring the memory of Kristene Johnson by wearing blue pants. “Blue Pants Wednesday” was a tradition started by her and Shauna W. from the 6am group and now every Wednesday can be in her memory. If you didn’t have the opportunity to get to know Kristene or have someone you would like to honour, keep them in your mind as you chip away at today’s workout.
