Workout of the day

1) Overhead Squats: Build to heavy set of 5 (Or Empty Bar Overhead Lunges)

Move
Every 4 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
1200/1000m Echo Bike
15 DB Goblet Squats
AMRAP Alternating DB Snatches

2) “Race To Randy”
Every 4 Minutes Until 75 Snatches:
1200/1000m Echo Bike
15 Overhead Squats @ 75/55
AMRAP Power Snatches

Stimulus

1) Work on overhead positions and core stability by choosing overhead squats (building to heavy) or using an empty bar to do 3 lunges per side

2) The faster you work, the sooner you’re done. Get to the power snatches with over a minute on the clock and hope to get 8-10 reps in the time remaining. Choose a weight that allows for unbroken squats
