“Bergeron Beep Test”

On the Minute For Max Rounds:
7 Thrusters @ 75/55
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

Stimulus

Looking to complete all movements unbroken and work completed in under 50s. Modify to fewer reps, perform empty bar thrusters, jumping pull-ups or ring rows, or top-end burpees. Goal should be to use up the clock rather than sprinting and resting. Once you are unable to complete the work in one minute, continue as a 15 minute AMRAP.
