30’ DBL DB Walking Lunges
10-1 DBL DB Push Jerks

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy set of 5 strict presses, resting as needed

2) Looking for some fast-paced rounds, scale load of dumbbells and try to finish each round in roughly 2 minutes. 25 minute cap.
