Stimulus

1) Build according to sets and reps, resting 2 minutes between sets

2) Max of 65% on the deadlift (something you can maintain unbroken), spend no more than 90s on handstand push-ups, assisted single-leg squats or box-step ups to a deep range of motion (no longer than 90s). Aiming for 4-6 rounds
