1) Strict Press: Build to a heavy single using 5-4-3-2-1-1-1… to get there

2) “2k Row”

Max effort 2k row (for time)

Stimulus

1) You’ve been building to heavy for weeks, use those numbers as a guide to build past your previous 1RM

2) If you know your best average pace, aim to maintain that throughout as opposed to going fast then slowing down. Example: It took 8 minutes to row 2k last time (average of 2:00/500m) so your goal pace should be just under 2:00/500m
