Workout of the day

1) Back Squats: 4-6 Sets x 1-3 Reps @ 70-75%

Move

12 Minute AMRAP:
30 Single-Skips (Or 25’ Sled Push Or 7/5 Cal Bike)
10 Overhead Squats (Or DB Front Squats)

2) “Compounding Interest”

5 Rounds:
30 Double-Unders
10 Overhead Squats @ 95/65

1 Round:
30 Overhead Squats
100 Double-Unders

Stimulus

1) No pauses today, just build to your weight and chip away at sets

2) Aiming for a 10 minute workout (12 minute cap), the first five rounds should be done unbroken, accounting for 1.5 minutes per round at most. Then directly into 30 squats done in 2-3 sets as needed in order to have “fresh” shoulders for a large set of DUs to finish
