Stimulus
1) You are building to a heavy 2-rep power snatch over 5-10 sets. These will be completed as touch and go reps (unbroken). Once you reach technical failure, do not increase weight.
2) Aim to choose movements that will keep you moving through the full 15 minutes. Deadlifts should be completed in 1-2 sets. Avoid snaking up on the push ups and lift hands off at the bottom. Box jumps much reach full lock out at the top because you are not going over to the other side.
