*Use Same Weight Across Sets

10 Clean & Jerks @ 115/85

Stimulus

1) Build to roughly 75-80% of your 1RM and do 5 x 5 at this weight

2) Looking to maintain a steady pace from round 1 on. Each round will take 3-4 mins, scale accordingly. Clean and jerks can be done in singles
