9-Week Mobility Challenge

We have been hearing a common theme lately; "I don't have an hour each night to work on my mobility". If you have been struggling to develop a good mobility routine, we are here to help!

That is all you will need to follow our 9-week Mobility Challenge!

Starting November 1st, two mobility movements will be posted each week.

Your commitment is to take 5 minutes out of each day to do them.

After you have completed the 5-minute mobility session, comment on that week’s social media post. Each day you comment will enter you in a draw to win grand prize package as well as some other prizes (more details to come). Receive bonus entries if you post a image/video of you completing the 5-minute mobility session on your own social media account and tag @crossfitonefifty along with hashtag #flexyCFCLcrew (max one bonus entry per week).
