New Member Foundations Dates & Beginner CrossFit Classes

On April 18th and 25th we will be hosting Group Foundations classes for those looking to start a membership or if you’re just looking to give CrossFit a try. These new members will then have access to classes on Saturdays and Sundays in the month of May to transition them into full-time membership plans starting in June.

Each session on the 18th and 25th will cover the foundational movements found in CrossFit, to be explained in detail and practiced before doing an optional workout (5-15 minutes) at the end. You can choose to attend one or both sessions and have unlimited access to the weekend sessions in May for a total cost of $140 + GST. Session and class times are as follows:

Group Foundations

Sunday, April 18th: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday, April 25th: 11:00am - 12:30pm

Beginner CrossFit

Saturdays in May from 12:30 - 1:30pm
Sundays in May from 11:00am - 12:00pm

These Beginner CrossFit classes are for new members only. Whether you are new to exercise or are a seasoned veteran, you will have workouts tailored to you and your experience and fitness levels.
