More Virtual Classes - Mornings!

Crystal Fang started Virtual classes back in November and can’t imagine having it any other way now! She loves it! Her member feature coming soon :)

This week we are starting Tuesday & Thursday 7:00am (CST) virtual classes! We now have 10 virtual classes on the schedule, 6 days a week. So many options to get your fitness in!

How does a virtual class work?

  • All regular memberships have access to virtual classes and we also have a virtual only membership for $70+gst per month

  • We run our classes through a live stream in our mindbody platform. So you log in and sign up like any other class, then you will be sent a link via email 30 minutes before class starts. Simply click on the link to join through a web browser and follow the prompts to connect.

  • Unlike a lot of other online fitness classes, we take a very interactive approach and actually coach you through the WOD.

    • We chat and get to know each other while waiting for everyone to join the stream.

    • We review the workout and give individual adjustments for equipment availability/injury/level of fitness.

    • We take you through a dynamic warm-up, walk through the movements, and then start the workout.

    • During the workout we watch your form and give you feedback and encouragement.

    • At the end we take time to stretch and/or do some recovery, before we say goodbye.

    • All in 45mins!
