Hosting Weightifting Meet this Sat Oct 22 (Classes Cancelled)
We have exciting news! We will be hosting a weightlifting meet this weekend and we have 4 of our own athletes competing. But this means that all classes on Saturday are cancelled to accommodate the weightlifting meet.
We will be posting a at home workout for that day. We encourage you to get a workout in on your own, join up with a friend and tackle it, or just enjoy a little extra rest this weekend.
We also encourage anyone who is available to come to the gym to support our athletes and/or volunteer for a session.
Here is the schedule:
10:00 - first male session - 8 athletes
11:30 - first female session - 7 athletes (3 from our gym)
13:00 - second male session - 7 athletes
14:30 - second female session (1 from our gym)
