PRs & Pizza - Fri Oct 28

Join us for PRs & Pizza on Friday Oct 28! Throughout the day the WOD will be your option of choosing two movements to max out. Pick from:

  • Squat: Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat

  • Press: Strict Press, Bench Press, or any overhead movement

  • Deadlift: sumo, conventional

  • Olympic Weightlifting: Snatch, Clean & Jerk (or variations of)

Then stay after class (or come back to the gym) to join us for Pizza party starting at 6pm to celebrate our wins and fun from the day of lifting!

We also encourage you to dress up throughout the day in a fun costume. There will be some prizes awarded!

Please sign up to the PRs & Pizza 6pm “class” if you are coming (so we know how much pizza to order) and send a email to Jason@crossfitonefifty.com or val@crossfitonefifty.com for any dietary restriction you may have (ie. vegan, gluten free…)
