Bottoms up kettlebell walk across gym
Drop to knee, strict bottom’s up press x 10
1 length each arm, alternate rounds with partner, 3 rounds
Work
In a 20 Minute AMRAP:
Partner 1 will perform the following complex while Partner 2 rows/bikes:
1 Power Snatch + 3 Behind-the-neck Snatch-Grip Push Presses + 5 Overhead Squats @ 115/80
OR
1 Deadlift + 3 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Front Squats @ 115/80
-lower weight to something that can be done in unbroken sets and with technical precision
-alternate rounds, one partner is always rowing/biking
-score is total calories accumulated
