Each year we do a workout to celebrate Valarie Adamson’s (formerly Perry) birthday on December 25th. She is the Co-Founder of what was StrongFit YXE and is now CrossFit OneFifty, she is also our CrossFit-At-Home (Virtual) Coach and is the gym’s General Manager. Happy Birthday, Valarie!
