*Score is lowest row + lowest burpee round

Details

1) Keep powers high and squats low

2) Not fly-and-die pace. Looking to start at a moderately uncomfortable pace which will turn into a very uncomfortable pace just to maintain. If numbers drop off, try to maintain those lower numbers rather than trying to make up for it in later rounds. Example: start at 12 + 12, ten rounds later drop to 12 + 10, try to maintain these numbers.
