Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy single bench for the day, resting 2-3 minutes between heavy sets

2) The first two rounds are more than half of the reps, pace them more than you think you need to in order to keep rest to a minimum. Modify weights and movements if needed to try and finish under 20 minutes
