1) Follow reps and percentages or build to a heavy technical single for the day

2) Get as far as you can in fifteen minutes in this gnarly chipper, pacing the wall walks to prevent burnout for both movements. Reduce reps and take smaller jumps (1-2-3-4…10-20-30-40…) in order to keep going in this workout
