1) Reps do not need to be done as touch-and-go, can be power or squat cleans, push or split jerks
2) Lots of work to get done in a 35 minute cap (less than 6 minutes per round), reduce weights and run distances to get as far into this workout as possible. Power cleans can be done in drop singles
