Stimulus

1) Round up/down on percentages to make weights convenient for loading. 13 minute cap

2) Move at a steady pace in order to keep movements sharp and shins unmarred. Snatches can be in drop-singles, pull-ups done in small sets, box jumps are where the concentration comes in
