1) Power Clean - Build to heavy single THEN Max Set @ 80%

1 Minute Max Power Cleans
1 Minute Max Box Jump Overs @ 24/20
1 Minute Max Pull-ups

Stimulus

1) After building to a heavy single clean, do one max set of touch-and-go power cleans @ 80% of that weight

2) Be conservative in the first round, increase reps where you can in the second round, hang on for the third. Break movements up into small, manageable sets then move onto the next station with 10s left on the clock
