Stimulus

1) Build to 70% in sets of 5 and then do 5 sets at this weight. You should have at least 2-3 reps in reserve at the end of each set, adjust percentages accordingly

2) Workout flow: perform 20 snatches, 20 BBJO, 20 clean and jerks all at 115/75. Then move on to 15 reps of each at a barbell weight of 135/95, and finish with 10 reps each at a weight of 155/105. Must be able to complete each barbell component at a minimum rate of 5+ reps per minute, adjust weight accordingly
