Stimulus

1) Build based off of 1RM Power Snatch or if you do not have a percentage to go off of, build to a heavy set of 5

2) Complete 3 rounds of TTB, biking, BBJO and then cash out with 30 dumbbell box step-overs. Grip will be a factor, break up TTB early on. Dumbbells can be held by your side, must stand up before second foot touches the box
