100 Push-ups
100 Reverse Lunges

100m Farmers Carry @ 50/35

Stimulus

Chip away at three movements while performing a 100m Farmers carry once every 3 minutes. Reduce weight of DBs to complete walks unbroken. Focus on movement quality instead of speed or reps, especially if this is an intended rest day
