4 Minutes On, 2 Minutes Off, 5 Rounds:

  • 2 Wall Walks Or Walkouts (Inchworm + Push-up)

  • 4 Toes-To-Bar (Or Toes-To-Rings)

  • 6 Gym Width Shuttle Runs (Purple Wall to TV Wall)
