Workout of the day

Alternating EMOM x 24 of the following (6 Rounds):

  • Rope climbs

  • Double-Unders / Crossovers / Sled Pushes

  • Pull-ups / Bar Muscle-ups / Ring Muscle-ups

  • Pistols / Box Step-ups

Stimulus

Work on acquiring/improving/mastering these movements. Work as hard/easy as you like, if it’s a rest day then try not to break a sweat.
