Rope climbs
Double-Unders / Crossovers / Sled Pushes
Pull-ups / Bar Muscle-ups / Ring Muscle-ups
Pistols / Box Step-ups
Stimulus
Work on acquiring/improving/mastering these movements. Work as hard/easy as you like, if it’s a rest day then try not to break a sweat.
