Stimulus

1) If you do not have a 1RM to base numbers off of, do 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1 to build to a heavy single

2) Try to complete the work within a 20 minute window. Focus on trunk stability in all movements as there will be compound fatigue. If you are not regularly doing GHD sit-ups, reduce the volume

1000 Burpees For Time

Today we are revisiting a large number of burpees, to be followed by consuming steaks and wine (or whatever your favorites may be) to commemorate Anton Schouten’s 64th birthday on Tuesday, March 22nd. If this is a repeat workout for you, reflect back on how it felt in the past, what your level of activity is now compared to then, and consider trying it yourself or split it amongst friends or family.
