Stimulus

1) This can be a power clean, squat clean, push jerk, or split jerk. Have fun :)

2) Select movements and weights that you can do unbroken or close to (as a good strategy, break up into 2 sets until you’re done the 7s). Aim to finish under 15 minutes for the 165 reps total
