100’ Double DB Farmers Carry (4 laps in CF space)
20 Air Squats
20 Push-ups

Stimulus

Add 2 reps to each bodyweight movement until you’ve reached 20 reps of each. Move at a steady pace here, lots of farmers walks today :) 25 minute cap
