Stimulus

1) Starting with 1 power snatch in minute 1, continue to add 1 power snatch each minute until you cannot complete the required work in the time frame

2) Rest as needed between sets and build to a moderately heavy load (75-85%)

3) Last done on August 13, 2021, this is meant to be a quick workout. KBS and Pull-ups should be done in 1-3 sets, workout cap of 15 minutes
