Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy complex, starting at 60%. Keep all 3 reps unbroken and rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

2) The handstand walk can be subbed for 3 Wall Walks or practice on the wall for 1 minute. Choose a weight for deadlifts that you could do unbroken fresh, but possibly break into two quick sets here. Toes to Bar can also be broken into quick small sets right off the start if needed.
