Stimulus

1) Max unbroken reps to technical failure.

2) Tackling the power cleans in drop singles will help you avoid a spike in heartrate. For each box get over, both feet must touch the top of the box when hopping over. Each round will take roughly 4 minutes, giving two minutes for each movement.
