1) The goal is to stay at the same weight (82% 1 RM of deadlift) for all three sets of three. Focus on your set up in order to promote a good bar path.
2) This is a descending ladder with two complementary movements. Cleans should be a challenging load, aiming to cycle quick singles with this weight. Chest must touch the and hands come off the floor for a push up reps. Reduce reps on push ups to keep yourself moving in small sets.
