1) Build to 78% doing 3 Deadlifts at at time, once there do a total of 5 sets at that weight

2) Work hard and earn your 3 minute rest. The row should be done at or faster than your 2k row pace, deadlifts unbroken (no more than 65% of your 1RM), steady pace through BBJO. Aim for roughly 5 minutes or less per round
