Virtual CrossFit
If getting to the gym isn’t in the cards right now, you don’t have to miss out on the structure, support, and community that makes fitness sustainable. Our Virtual CrossFit program brings live coaching, accountability, and connection right to your screen—wherever you are.
You’ll join a group of like-minded athletes and a dedicated coach who will guide you through each session, offering real-time feedback to help you move better, stay motivated, and keep progressing safely and effectively.
How does a virtual class work?
Our virtual classes aren’t just follow-along videos—they’re fully interactive and coached in real time:
We start as a group, checking in and catching up before class begins.
The coach reviews the workout, providing personalized adjustments based on your equipment, experience, or any injuries.
You’ll be guided through a warm-up, movement prep, and technique cues before we all dive into the Workout of the Day (WOD).
Your coach is with you the whole way—demonstrating, correcting, and encouraging you as you go.
We finish with recovery work, mobility, and a bit of post-workout connection before signing off.
It’s fun, flexible, and effective—and you’re never doing it alone.
What equipment do I need?
We can tailor your workouts to almost anything you have at home. That said, here’s a progression we recommend as you build your home setup:
A set of dumbbells (start with one pair, then expand your weight options over time)
Resistance bands – both large loop and mini bands
Foam roller and massage balls for mobility and recovery
A cardio machine (if available—bike, rower, treadmill+)
Barbell and plates and/or kettlebells as you grow more confident and consistent
Start with what you’ve got—we’ll help you make it work.
How do I get started?
Your first class is free, and most people can jump right in. We’ll guide you through the workout, make any needed adjustments, and help you feel confident as you go.
If you’re newer to fitness or want a little extra support before joining live classes, we also offer a private Foundations session for $30. In this one-on-one virtual session, we’ll:
Review your at-home setup (including any tech questions)
Cover key movement basics
Give you a clear starting point for workouts

We run all our live virtual classes through Zoom. Sign up is required through our Fliip booking platform. Follow this ZOOM LINK for all classes. Please use password “iamworthy” to enter.

Coaches
Valarie Adamson
I began my CrossFit journey in 2008, and along the way, I discovered a passion for Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting, competing nationally in all three disciplines. Transitioning from a competitive mindset to a fitness-for-life approach was a significant process for me. Throughout this journey, I navigated various injuries, body dysmorphia and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. These experiences, combined with my education, have taught me invaluable lessons. My goal now is to help others find the right fit for their fitness journey and cultivate long-term habits for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
glenda BEAUCHAMP
(AKA: B-champ, Glendaballs)
Glenda has been part of CFCL since day one and started coaching in early 2017. With over 1,500 classes coached and 1,000+ attended, she brings a wealth of experience, positive energy, and a deep love for the CFCL community. Her favourite movements involve lifting heavy—especially deadlifts, back squats, and tire flips.
She recently joined our virtual coaching team, and we’re excited to have her on the weekly online schedule!

Can’t make it to the live stream? No problem. All current members get access to our library of 50+ recorded classes, so you can work out on your own schedule—without missing the coaching, structure, or community feel.
Our recordings are unedited, real-time sessions, so it’s just like stepping into a live class—minus the early alarm. You’ll hear coaching cues, see other members moving alongside you, and get equipment options and movement modifications as the workout unfolds.
It’s not polished or pre-produced—and that’s the point.
It’s real. It’s supportive. And it helps you stay connected, even when life gets busy.
