Summer CAMPS

The kids will learn fun ways to get their body moving, learn proper form, and safe execution of functional movements. Each day will be filled with numerous activities including CrossFit, gymnastics, crafts, nutrition, and games. The kids camps aim to ignite your child's love for exercise and to develop valuable skills like teamwork, leadership, determination, resiliency, goal setting and help build confidence.

This camp is suitable for children 5 years and older.

Camps run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

(Early drop-off from 7:45 - 8:30 am and late pick-up from 4:30 - 5:15 pm are included)

Kids should bring a water bottle, indoor shoes, comfortable clothing for activity, and lunch/snacks.

$299+gst/child (full day)
