New to CrossFit?

Exercising in a group setting can be intimidating. That’s why we will integrate you into our classes with your own private coach, for your first 4 classes. They will walk you through everything in classes; teach you the movements based on the Workout Of the Day or “WOD”, provide you with cues to focus on for each movement, and set you up for classes on your own. This will get you set up feeling more comfortable and more knowledgeable to join classes on your own.

These sessions are INCLUDED IN YOUR FIRST MONTH (New Member) membership. Then you can choose to do monthly or 10-passes after your first month is complete.

In order to book your first 4 sessions/classes, please purchase the NEW member option, including setting up your profile/account and signing waiver. Once this is done, please give us 1-2 business days to reach out to you to schedule these sessions with your private coach.
