Our CrossFit group classes are for everyone. We help you learn proper movement mechanics, create consistency, and then we slowly add intensity.

Working out at home but still like some coaching and socializing? Hop on your device and our Coach with take you through our CrossFit group class adjusted to what you have at home.

kilostalk weightlifting club

The Kilostalk Weightlifting Club meets three times a week, and focuses on quality over quantity. This club is meant for those that want to compete (including “mock” meets held by our gym) and the program is designed to work in conjunction with our group classes, allowing members to do both.

COMPTRAIN
