Strength/Skill

Back Rack Lunges/Front Rack Lunges/Back Squats
Build to a challenging double (not maximal)

 - this will be tricky at first, please do not challenge the load if you are doing back rack lunges unless you have complete control and stability.

Work

Every 60s x 8 Rounds:
2 Cleans @ 155/235 / 4 Deadlifts @ heavy load
6-10 HSPU/ Dumbbell Push Press @ 35/50

 - this will add up in the later rounds, try to hang on :)
