NEW CLASSES Starting June 2019
Starting next month we will be adding two additional CrossFit classes and one new program offering with the Beginner Weightlifting class.
Our current schedule has 9:30AM CrossFit classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; we will be moving to Monday-Friday 9:30AM CrossFit.
We currently do not offer an introductory or beginner weightlifting class and so on Fridays at 6pm we are offering a technical weightlifting class aimed at improving snatch and clean and jerk mechanics outside of the CrossFit class setting. Please note that this coached class is specifically for those looking to improve technique but not for those planning on competing within the sport of Weightlifting.
Those that have their own programming and are looking to compete are always welcome to use our gym during the 6pm CompTrain and Beginner Weightlifting classes provided there is space available. Our 6pm CompTrain classes remain as our advanced barbell and gymnastics classes aimed at improving skills for CrossFit.
