Move

1) Build to a set of 5 Bench Press

2) 18 Min. AMRAP
10 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Cal Bike

Train

1) Max Bench Press at 80% (add 5lbs from last attempt)

2) Joyride

6 Rounds for Time (18 Min. Time Cap)
10 Devils Press (50/35)
15/12 Cal Bike

Stimulus

1) Max set to technical failure. Add five pounds from the last attempt on May 20th.

2) Each round should take 3 minutes or less to finish in under the time cap. Devils press should take about a minute and Bike about 1.5.
