“Friendly Fire”

3 Minute AMRAP, 2 Minute Rest, 5 Rounds:

  • 10 Jumping Pull-ups / Pull-ups

  • 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts + 10 Kettlebell Lunges

  • 10 10m Shuttle Sprints

Stimulus

Keep moving for three minutes, keep weights light and movements maintainable. At the start of the next AMRAP, carry on where you left off in the previous round.
