1) Back Squats: Build to technical set of 5

2) 10 Rounds:

7 Burpees
5 Dumbbell Push Presses
30 Skips (or 30s DU Practice)

Workout of the day

1) Back Squats: 5-5-4-4-3-3 @ 60-65-70-75-80-85%

2) “Five-and-Dime”

10 Rounds For Time:
7 Bar-Facing Burpees
5 Push Jerks @ 135/95
30 Double-Unders

Stimulus

1) Follow percentages or build to a heavy set of 5 and continue building to a heavy set of 3 using the same rep scheme

2) Each round should be completed unbroken and with steady transitions. Expect each round tot take 1.5-2 minutes, 20 minute cap
