Making progress towards your goals does not have to be this crazy extreme thing. With just 5 minutes a day you can create small habits that help you get there. Let us show you how taking small steps can set you up for success.
What is included in the challenge?
Everyone is a little different on what they want to work on. So we have created this challenge to be very flexible and adaptable to you.
Choose between 30 different programs within three general themes: mobility, skills/strength, or burning calories.
Each program sets out a 5 min movement guide to help you set up a daily habit to reach your goal(s) of choice.
Use Beyond The Whiteboard (BTWB) app to help track your daily habit progress and connect with others doing the challenge.
Receive a wrist band of your choice as a daily reminder to what you are trying to work on.
Get daily support of a coach and the group to help keep you accountable.
Join in on the Kick-Off meet-up (virtually/in-person) to review programs, app and answer any questions.
All proceeds from registration will go towards the CFCL COVID loan fund.
