NEW CrossFit Kids Sessions starting NOVEMBER 1

Another set of 6-week sessions for our CrossFit Kids groups start the week of November 1, 2021.

Our CrossFit Kids sessions run for 6 weeks, 1 or 2 times per week (or drop-in for sessions that still have room). The sessions are either 45min or 60min long, and included a combination of gymnastic body awareness as well as CrossFit functional movements. The kids will learn fun ways to get their body moving, learn proper form, and safe execution of these movements. Our aim is to ignite your child's love for exercise and to develop valuable skills like teamwork, leadership, determination, resiliency, and confidence.

COST: 6 week sessions

  • 1x per week - $110/kid

  • 2x per week - $180/kid (must contact val@crossfitonefifty.com BEFORE registering to receive discount)

  • Drop-ins for session with space left - $20/kid per session

Capacity is 8 kids per session, but must have min of 5 to run.
