CFCL Community Celebration - SAT DEC 18
It has been a while since we have been able to get together as a community, especially around the holidays. We are excited to announce that we are making it happen this year! We will be hosting a CFCL Community Celebration on Saturday December 18 @ 1pm.
This event has been made possible by Todd & Janice Peterson - thank you so much for your contributions to help bring our community together!
DETAILS
- We welcome all members (and their families) to come in person if they are able/comfortable, but we will also have a live stream of the event if you would like to join virtually. (COVID protocols will apply for those attending in person)
- Please bring your favourite mug for some warm drinks and enjoy some goodies (for those attending in person)!
- We will also be having a RAFFLE for a defibrillator for the gym! Needy Cakes (Courtney Callahan) has made and donated a turtle cheesecake - yum! Please bring a cash donation (or IOU’s are good too) if you want to participate in this draw.
- We will have a small program including a presentation looking back on the year, coaches/staff/member recognition, and a little gift for all members (whether you come to event or not we will get it to you).
NOTES
- Please remember proof of vaccination required (if you are a gym member and have provided already you are good, but any non-member coming must show proof of vaccination documentation)
- Please keep your mask on (only removing for eating/drinking) and respect social distancing guidelines. We do have over 100 people attending so please be respectful of others.
PLEASE RSVP
- IN PERSON: write your name on the board at the gym or email val@crossfitonefifty.com. Deadline is Mon Dec 13 (so we can plan beverages & goodies).
- VIRTUAL: sign up on class schedule HERE. You will be emailed a link 30 mins before the event starts. Just follow the link, sign into your mindbody account, and join the fun from afar.
Looking forward to seeing you all there :)
