New CrossFit Kids programs starting JANUARY!

Our CrossFit Kids sessions/programs are set to get started again in the new year with a couple schedule changes and combined programs!

For ages 0-9 groups we will be running 8-week sessions and have aligned the schedule on Saturdays to better match with regular group classes that day.

PARENT & TOTS (ages 0-3) MORE INFO

  • TUE 5:00p-5:45p, Jan 4 - Feb 22

  • SAT 9:30a-10:15a, Jan 8 - Feb 26

KINDER (ages 4-6) MORE INFO

  • TUE 5:45p-6:30p, Jan 4 - Feb 22

  • SAT 10:30a-11:15a, Jan 8 - Feb 26

BEGINNER (ages 7-9) MORE INFO

  • TUE 6:30p-7:30p, Jan 4 - Feb 22

  • SAT 11:30a-12:30a, Jan 8 - Feb 26

For ages 10+ we will be running a combined CrossFit Kids and Weightlifting program with up to 4 days a week for kids to attend, starting Jan 3.

YOUTH/JUNIOR (ages 10-13+) MORE INFO

  • MON, WED, THU @ 6:00p-7:00p (with Meranda)

  • SAT @ 10:30a-11:30a (with Jason)
